featuring Harmonious Wail and The Gonzalo Bergara Quartet

Limited Availability – April 22 – May 11, 2014

The passion and joy found in European Gypsy Music Festivals brought to your

This festival features two acts of outstanding talent – Harmonious Wail from the Midwest

and The Gonzalo Bergara Quartet from Argentina/California.

From traveling by caravan to gathering ’round the campfire, this festival carries on an

age-old tradition of gypsy guitar music that began in the 1930’s and 40’s through the

genius of Django Reinhardt. Django’s legacy lives on through these virtuosos who gather

together to share the love of this most passionate and romantic music.

Each group performs a set of music and they all say farewell by “gathering ’round the

campfire” for a few tunes.

This movable festival carries on the ten year success of The Midwest Gypsy Swing Fest

This very special pairing of two, amazingly entertaining groups – Harmonious Wail and

The Gonzalo Bergara Quartet – is being offered for a very tight tour –

April 22 to May 11, 2014.

As the Roma/traveling people say, “Latcho Drom” – meaning “Good road”!
